Dry Rotary Vane

D1, D15, D2 (1 Hp to 2 Hp)
The pumps are 100% oil-less rotary vane vacuum pumps. They are designed to operate on a continuous basis at any point from atmospheric pressure to a vacuum level of 25" HgV. The pumps are direct drive units and are supplied with a TEFC flange mounted electric motor. Each pump is equipped with an integral vacuum relief valve, a 10m inlet filter, and vibration isolators as standard equipment. The pumps have a reputation for being exceptionally quiet. The newly redesigned pumps are even quieter, and operate cooler than previous units. These 100% oil-less, or dry, pumps are ideal for applications where oil or water is objectionable. All the pumps use long-life, self-lubricating graphite composite vanes.

D3, D5L, D5, D75 (3 Hp to 7.5 Hp)
The rotary vane vacuum pumps are 100% oil less. They are designed to operate continuous throughout a vacuum range from atmospheric pressure to 27" Hg (75 Torr). The pump is a direct drive vacuum pump and is supplied with a TEFC flanged mounted electric motor. Each pump is equipped with an inlet filter, a vacuum relief valve, and vibration isolators as standard equipment, all of which are an integral part of the pump.

D10 (10 Hp)
The rotary vane vacuum pump is 100% oil less. It is designed to operate on a continuous basis throughout a vacuum range from atmospheric pressure fo 25" Hg (125 Torr). The pump is direct drive pump and is supplied with a TEFC electric motor. Each pump is equipped with an integral vacuum relief valve, a discharge silencer, and vibration isolators as standard equipment.
