They are instantly reversible, and are suitable for use with natural gas. Their rugged design is resistant to dirty, damp conditions. And vane air motors offer inexpensive variable speed control when compared with electric motors.
The "Fenner" blade ejection system consists of an ejection ring which maintains positive blade contact with the motor body. Vane motors are most suitable for light duties and higher speed operation and can be supplied direct coupled to gearboxes.
