Sr. Data Analyst needed to maintain & enhance business systems (ERP/CRM) & computerized DBMS; manage the full lifecycle of data analytical projects for ERP & CRM systems; analyze & interpret data using BI tools, focusing on trends & predictive analytics, & define KPIs to monitor business performance; develop, implement, & troubleshoot data collection systems; provide guidance to Jr. level data analysts. The position reports to company HQ in Gurnee, IL, but may telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. Annual salary range: $102,538 to $125,000. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

Minimum Requirements:
 MS in MIS, Computer Science, or related field; plus 12 months of relevant experience. Must have demonstrated knowledge or experience with MS SQL, SSIS, & SharePoint.
